Taxi and Limousine service are available from the Airport to the Hotels. Participants who need limousine service, please forward your flight schedule to the hotels. "CitiAir Bus" from the airport to certain hotels (including the Grand Hotel) runs every 30 minutes from 06:00~01:00
The secretariat is located on the 10th floor of the Grand Hotel. The desk will be open from 07:30 until 17:00 on September 25-27. The staff at the desk will be happy to assist attendees with any problems.
All congress attendees will be required to register at the congress secretariat desk and pick up their registration package.
You will receive your payment receipt with the certificate at the secretariat desk on September 27, 13:30 – 16:30, once you return the evaluation form.
Please wear your identification badges at all times while you are attending the conference, coffee breaks, lunches and social events.
September 25~27: Free lunches will be given to all participants in the International Reception Hall on the VIP Floor (VF) of the Grand Hotel.

The reception will be held in the Grand Ballroom, on the 12th floor of the Grand Hotel. All delegates will be treated to cocktails and a delicious buffet. There would be an exciting Lion Dance and the Traditional Folk Arts performance. Each delegate is entitled to one exquisite Chinese art craft item that will be handmade specially for you on the spot at the reception.
